Buyer purchases Design outright for their exclusive use only. The design is completely removed from Flodessa Surface Pattern Design Library and cannot be sold to any other party. All designs are the copyright of Flodessa Surface Pattern Design.

Non-Exclusive Licence

Design is licenced to you in your specific category but remains in the Flodessa Pattern Library. Design can be licenced to other brands in different categories.

Licencing periods for non-exclusive licences are negotiable. At the expiration of the licencing period, you will have the option to contact Flodessa to renew the licence. If no contact is made, the design will revert back to the Flodessa Library and become available for purchase by other parties. All designs are the copyright of Flodessa.

*Pricing is negotiable as a flat fee or on a royalty basis.

Exclusive Licence

Exclusive designs can only be purchased once and will be licenced to you on an exclusive basis with an agreed-upon licencing timeframe (eg 24 months). Once the Exclusive Design has been purchased, it will be removed from our pattern library. At the end of the exclusive licencing period, you will have the option to contact Flodessa to either renew or terminate the license. If the license is not renewed, the Exclusive Design will revert back into Flodessa Pattern Library and become available for purchase to other parties. All designs are the copyright of Flodessa.
